The packing insert states that the person bought it in 1953. The paperwork says that the owner paid $175 back in 1953! The accordian came over to America from Lucerne Switzerland. The accordian is in great shape. The only minor flaw seems to be a little warping of the material by one set of keys. As shown in picture. Also a couple of buttons are a little tight but shouldn't impare playing. It measures 13 inches wide and 13 inches tall (unextended).
