It's 100% playable and the bellows are in perfect shape(no holes or tears- which is rare on an Accordion this age), and the Ivory Keys are also in very good shape for their age as well. The hand carving in the wood is beautiful as well as the floral patterns on the bellows and trim. This is truely a collector/Antique piece and it's in working order - Comes in what appears to be it's original wooden case or at least something that was made for it, many moons ago.
