I believe that Gates made these for both Collins and Gates   Take a look at the documentation that is below in the PDF file that is right out of a Gates broadcast catalog.   Please Click here for a Gates KD20A Data Sheet     The turntables are Recko Cut  turntables!  Tone arms are also very high quality, 12" .  The pick-ups are not included . There is a mixer section in between the two turntables.  Controls on the mixer are PA level , VU meter, master gain.  Next row,  turntable 1- turntable 2 switch, on/off switch.  Next row, cue, turntable gain , mic gain, turntable 2 gain and cue.  On the bottom middle , is an additional control for "tape". This was a common addition as I have seen it on the Collins as well.    Inside the electronics are very high class with green epoxy PC board, 13 transistors that appear to be germanium  type, and the power supply is 25 volt silicon rectifier and regulated.  Bottom panel ( which I removed so I could take photos of the insides) has an output strip with Phones, Broadcast line, PA feed, High level,Tape, Mic 1, Mic2 The legs are not included but are just 1 3/8" poles that go into couplers on the bottom of the console which are there as well as the clips to hold the legs for transport.    It is made of some kind of light extremely strong fiberglass with the gray  color baked in.
