There are some of the leathers at the pipes inside missing, but this should not ne a bigger problem to fix. The inside looks also dry and clean, but I was not able to open one side of the instrument. It comes in a old wooden case. The sign reads: "F. Lange Chemnitz Saxony" and "Bandonion" It has 28 buttons at the one side and 22 buttons at the other side. The overall size is approx. 13/ 8 /8 inches (^33/20/20cm)Instrument needs to be serviced. As I dont play, I dont know if it is in tone.
