ARE ALL ORIGINAL)...the neck is a real pleasure and the feel is perfect...1958 is a very good year for the neck size...the guitar is very clean and has its  original finish ...there is some light checking  all over  ...its in very good condition for a 50 years old guitar.....the original tuners are in the guitar case's closet as i decided to put some repros a few years ago to preserved the old one The PUs are strong (both are at 8 ohms area) .... this is the best special i ever owned  and always kept this one for the  mojos and sound...it sounds like a LP standard 56 but with a perfect even sound between the high end and low end and on top of it the intonation is perfect...   anyway i know everybody push their guitar' s quality but believe me this is THE BEST SPECIAL I  EVER PLAYED...the case is THE TYPICAL ALIGATOR CASE and i have a reissue (hard case) as the gator one is not protecting the guitar like it should (my point of view)...and honestly  those gator case are real crap..you can damage your guitar with such a crap ...
