There are no dissapointments here. If you are not familiar with the silent feature it is probably the most useful electronics that could be installed on a piano. With the lever under the keybed on the left hand side the piano can be silenced. Plug a set of headphones in the control box and enjoy the sound of Yamaha's 9' concert grand. Connect a Midi cord to an external sound module and play any instrument available. Connect the piano to an external speaker and there is no need for a microphone, the sound of the 9' concert grand is now amplified. Record into a computer for playback through a sound module.
