The tuba has been maintained by the very reputable St. Louis Woodind and Brass Instrument Repair. The cork is practically new and so are the pads on the pistons. It was given a chemical clean by the St. Louis people after I stopped playing it (I switched to CC a while ago). Tuba is thicker brass than normal for more projection and volume. Tuba has some very small dents on the bottom bow from normal wear. Tuba is very in tune and even throughout all registers. Since tubas are both large and heavy shipping will be calculated.
