Yes a hard to find Double Bell Euphonium made by Conn in 1893 in there Worcester Massachusetts factory. The patent date is June 15 1886 SN# 25965 and dates to 1893.  These instruments are free from dents and in great condition. The only thing that needs some work is the 4th valve needs replating. The finish is silver and brass and is about 80% and there are a few small dings. I also believe the small bell is a replacement bell and not its orginal.
