Conn 4 Valve 25J Tuba W/Upright Bell*A REAL BEAUTY!*NR*   Here is a "BEAUTIFUL" Conn 4 valve Tuba with a NEW upright bell. This horn has just been overhauled as you can tell by the pictures. All dents have been removed and horn was buffed to a jewelry finish and then lacquered with a oven baked epoxy lacquer finish that will last for MANY years. The horn has wonderful full rich sound. If you know anything about Tubas you know what I have here. The bell is brand new.The serial number is #E66098 which means it was made in 1965 from the Allied charts. The bell has a 7 1/4" male end and a 20" flare. The bore size is .778. The retail price for the overhaul and price for a new bell totals over $4800. You can buy this for less as I have no reserve so you dont have to guess what my price is once you hit the opening bid. Cashiers check from a bank, Money order from the post office or Pay Pal ONLY accepted. There is NO CASE with this auction but they can be purchased. Because of the size the Tuba will have to be shipped by truck.
