As you can see from my feedback we ship what we sell, and I try to list the items acutely. However, we do miss some things. Be sure to e-mail, if you have questions. I buy for resell, so I don’t always know the history of items. Such as, from a "Non - Smoking" home. I don’t smell everything I list. My home is nonsmoking, but I can't speak for all the items that I sell. I’m happy when you are happy.... And I am not as "mean" as I sound in the following information!!! We don’t make everyone happy, but so far we have pleased 99.99 percent of our buyers (Feedback rating). However, the other 0.01 percent is not happy with us. So to be "Fair to all Concerned" I have to go over the following rules for closing the sale. We very rarely get anything lost in the mail, but it does happen, and when it does the Post Office will have no idea where it is or what has happen to it without insurance. So this is my insurance policy. INSURANCE: Is for items "Lost in the Mail." Note: If you do not pay for insurance and it’s lost in the mail, I am not responsible. NO REFUND. If you pay for insurance and it’s lost in the mail, I will refund. I self insure up to $50 and this means I can ship faster, by not going to the Post Office 2 or 3 times per day. If your item is lost or damaged in the mail then I will paid the claim. But remember you must pay for the insurance. If the item ships by UPS, tracking and Insurance is included up to $100. You will have to pay for insurance over $100 with UPS. Feedback: I think the BUYER must began the feedback process, the buyer is the one spending the money. If you receive the item and it’s not as described, then e-mail me before giving feedback and maybe we can work out the problem.
