It has a D'Armond pickup with volume and tone buttons and a HI LO button on the pickguard.  This vintage Instrument comes with connecting cable and the vintage original hard case. Everything  on this guitar is original except for the pickguard which was made by the best, MIRABELLA, NEW YORK.  All BINDINGS ARE ORIGINAL AND IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. The finish is almost mint condition.There are no cracks in the wood. There are a few finish checks. The neck is straight an the action is great. Overall it is in very good condition. Carving and shaping the rough spruce and maple planks to their tapered, fluted and tuned tops and backs requires an innate sense , an almost magical touch to bring forth the finished master work. This guitar is an original guitar among the most valuable in the world. At age 9, John was an apprentice under his Uncle Ciani, a violin and mandolin maker. While working there, he learned many of the skills and business acumen for his guitars that he later made. He later opened his own place for producing arch top guitars.
