1736 Stradiuarius Violin Beautiful w/Case + Bow 22" 3/4 Start Price USD 10,000.00 Current Price USD 10,000.00 Time Left - Bid Count 0 Buy It Now Price - Reserve Price - Start Time Thursday, October 09, 2008 End Time Sunday, October 12, 2008 Location Owego, NY See more about '1736 Stradiuarius Violin Beautiful w/Case + Bow 22" 3/4' Description Now that I have your attention - This is a true treasure.  I don't expect to sell this piece for $10K, I want you to make me offers...I will accept the best offer.  This is a georgeous instrument, no chips or cracks, in beautiful shape with the case and the bow.  The Label inside reads "Antonius Stradiuarius Cremonealis -Faciebat Anno 1736 ( with a cross and A S symbol on the bottom right).  It is not a full size violin, it measures 22 inches long and 7 1/2 inches wide at its widest point, a kind ebayer told me it was 3/4 size, so I have it listed in the wrong category, but right ebay will let me edit the listing, but I can't change the category.  There is one pin inside under the piece that holds the strings, no others.  I do not see even the slightest crack or split anywhere.  The case is even in Great shape.  I'm sure I'll get questions and opinions, that's fine - just as long as I get some offers.
