Here is an auction for a custom made 16 Channel Splitter Snake made by Horizon Cable. It has all the bells and whistles on it including individual isolation transformer and ground lift on each channel!! I speced out this system to be the most flexible, durable and easiest to setup for a In-Ear Monitor system. It has the best cabling and connectors available - all Neutrik XLR jacks and plugs.There are (3) components: A 3 rack space splitter box that houses the ground lifts & transformers with 10' XLR-M tail from the rear and M-50 mass connector split / a 50' M-50 to M-50 snake / a 3 rack space box with mass connector on the front, 10' XLR-M tail from the rear and 16 empty XLR sockets. You mount the first box in a case to be dropped right next to the house snake. Run the XLR cables to the splitter box and the tail from the rear to the house snake. The M-50 mass connect cable runs from the splitter box to the second box that is mounted anywhere else with the monitor console. The 5' tail from the second box is then wired to the monitor console. It is a very simple system that will allow wiring to a house system in a matter of minutes!! Included in this auction: 3U splitter box with 10' XLR-M tail, 50' M-50 to M-50 snake and 3U box with 5' XLR-M tail.
